gender pay gap
We believe pay equity is an opportunity to strengthen organizational culture and enhance your company's impact in the world.
how equal pay looks like

Equity
Reinforces the right to equal pay between men and women for work of equal value, eliminating discrimination and structural barriers that create disparities in employment and working conditions.

Single Report
It is mandatory to include specific information about compensation policies and pay equity practices in the Single Report, to be submitted annually.

Transparency
Ensures that the criteria for determining compensation are clear, objective, and based on factors such as merit, productivity, qualifications, and seniority.

Complaints
Employees can report pay discrimination to authorities who monitor and impose penalties on non-compliant companies.

Evaluation
Companies with 250 or more employees must annually assess gender pay gaps and report to the relevant authorities.
Companies with fewer than 250 employees must ensure pay transparency and may be audited.

Correction
If pay disparities are identified, companies are required to implement corrective actions, justifying the pay differences based on legitimate and objective criteria.
